Ashley B Spink, M.S.

Ashley earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Before joining QPSi, Ashley worked in the Office of the Dean at the UF College of Medicine, where she supported executive leadership by managing operations, strategic planning, and institutional communications. She brings over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, operations management, and strategic program development.

As Director of Operations and Strategy for the Quality and Patient Safety Initiative, Ashley works closely with leadership in both QPSi and the College of Medicine to drive the operational and strategic growth of the initiative. Her work spans program development, workflow design, fiscal, HR and operational oversight, and outreach strategy. She ensures that QPSi’s efforts align with and advance the strategic vision of the College of Medicine.
