Carla Bredehoeft, earned a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida, following a Bachelor of Health Services Administration from Santa Fe College. She also holds certifications in Health Information Management and Informatics.

Before joining QPSi, Carla worked at Health Outcomes and Biomedical Informatics (HOBI) at the University of Florida, where she focused on managing operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. She also led improvements across contract management, procurement, and system operations—prioritizing user experience, process optimization, and scalable design. She brings over 13 years of experience in healthcare operations, data strategy, and quality improvement.

At QPSi, Carla currently serves as Assistant Director, System Integration for Data & Strategy, where she leads data-driven quality improvement initiatives that integrate digital infrastructure with clinical and operational workflows. With a focus on system operations, data strategy, and user-centered design, her work strengthens health systems and improves care delivery for patients across and across Florida.

Outside of work, Carla remains engaged in exploring how innovations in AI, system integration, and application design can advance healthcare leadership, strategy, and operational excellence. She enjoys paddleboarding at Florida’s springs, traveling, and volunteering as a Girl Scout troop leader
