About Jodian Blake

Jodian earned a Master of Public Health from the College of Public Health and Health Professions, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and Behavior, both from the University of Florida.

Before joining QPSi, Jodian worked in the UF College of Medicine Office of the Dean and the UF Health Cancer Center, where she managed and supported strategic initiatives, oversaw program operations, and led community outreach efforts. She has over a decade of experience in public health, project and program management, and community engagement.

At QPSi, Jodian currently serves as the Assistant Director of Health Care Workforce Development, where she leads the development and implementation of workforce development strategies that advance continuous improvement in patient care, build clinical capacity, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. She works closely with clinical leaders and educators to align continuing professional development with institutional priorities in quality improvement and patient safety.
