Liliana L Bell, M.H.A., P.M.P.

Lilly earned a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education, both from the University of Florida. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Outcomes and Implementation Science at UF.

Before joining QPSi, Lilly held a variety of leadership roles across UF Health and the College of Medicine, including as Senior Project Manager and Research Program Manager. Her work has spanned quality improvement education, hospital analytics, stakeholder engagement, grant-funded AI initiatives, and the launch of Project SEARCH, a workforce inclusion program for neurodiverse adults. She has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare quality, operations, and program development.

At QPSi, Lilly currently serves as Assistant Director of Program Management, where she leads cross-functional initiatives in quality and patient safety, AI-driven care improvement, and workforce development. Her work supports strategic planning, project delivery, and systems-based change to strengthen care at UF Health and across the state.

Lilly is passionate about inclusive workforce development, academic mentorship, and expanding access to meaningful professional opportunities in healthcare. She enjoys testing gluten-free and dairy-free recipes, and spending time with her family outdoors and at Disney. She is also a fledgling yogi and aspiring meditation practitioner.
